Anxiety help question:


I have severe anxiety and anxiety attacks for months I have been having. I can take non-prescription pills because I’m an air traffic controller and I herbs (Valerian, Ignatia, passion flower tried have) but nothing seems to work.I have always anxiety attacks if I have to speak to a group and the next week and have to give a short presentation to everyone in my work, and I’m afraid petrified attack installed.Please help me.
